Terms of use
The rules for using the platform: who can sign up, what the service covers, the risks involved and our respective responsibilities.
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting your details through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into a contract and resident in a country where using this type of service is permitted.
3. What we provide
Tuveks AI supplies market analysis, trading signals and automated execution technology for cryptoassets, CFDs and other instruments. The platform is a technology tool and does not constitute personal investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any product.
4. Understanding the risks
Cryptoassets and leveraged products are highly volatile and you could lose all the money you invest. You trade at your own risk, and past performance is not a reliable guide to future results.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate, protecting your log-in credentials and all activity carried out through your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, manipulate prices or run automated tools outside the interfaces we provide.
7. Charges
All charges are displayed clearly in your account before you confirm any transaction. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos and software, belongs to Tuveks AI or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tuveks AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; if you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. We may update these terms from time to time, with changes taking effect when published here. Questions? Email [email protected].
